Importing/Creating....
Is there any loss of functionality between importing a league into 2007
or creating one from scratch? |

i dont think i would call it a loss of functionality, but there are things in 2007 that werent in 2006 and, definitely 6.5, so they will have to be set or fixed after import. something that will typically be more work than setting up a new league.

It copies over your settings like financial and development that were tweaked for 2006 but shouldn't be set like that for similar results in 2007 so you'll have to go through and change some settings.
