Game Freeze When I Sim a Particular Franchise's Games

I am in my online league's fourth season as commissioner, and I have never had any serious problems with OOTP 6.5. I'm having a fairly serious one now, though.

Whenever I simulate games with one particular franchise, it's a crap shoot as to whether or not the game will freeze. I click the "sim" button on the league schedule, and the game just freezes... no error messages, nothing. I have tried playing the game, I have tried simulating the whole day at once, but every time I do anything, it freezes on that game. I have to go to the task manager, end the game, and then restart it.

The only solution has been to reschedule that team's games to other days, even doubling up some days with double-headers. However, this doesn't even always work. I don't know what else to do. I'm desperate for help!

Make sure the lineups don't have any double players in them, otherwise it won't let you sim.

How unbelievably simple. That's exactly what happened. In the team's LHP+DH lineup, a player is listed twice. Unreal. That explains why some games worked and some didn't, I guess. Every time it tried to use the LHP lineup, it probably crashed.
