Sounds good though I'm not sure whether I'd like the roleplaying aspect being built in. I just have always enjoyed seeing every fighter face every other fighter to get the best one overall crowned. But... ya never know

Well, that is the best part of TBCB 3 if you enjoy the current style of play you'll still be able to play TBCB 3 that same way. You don't have to play the RPG.

I won't play the RPG much but it is necessary to reach a larger audience

I realize I don't have to play RPG, that's not the point. It would depend if the part I enjoy gets changed enough to warrant buying the new one. I have the 1st two and will probably get the 3rd, but if there is no change to the accuracy of results or how you can auto-schedule and have every fighter fight every other one, then it wouldn't make any sense to upgrade if that portion is the same as TBCB2. But knowing me, I'd buy it if there's minor upgrades in the areas I enjoy.

EDIT - The portion that allows upgrading the rating of fighters online may be enough to convince me to get it.

What's your question about "accuracy of results"?

Just unsure what you mean is all. I've never heard anyone question the accuracy of the results.

I think that the game engine is by far the "best" part of the current game. It is very well balanced in my mind.

And that wasn't the intention of what I said as I've very happy with the results. But if they somehow tweeked things or found something nobody noticed that slightly skewed the results, then I'd be all over the new version. But the purpose of my post was really saying that unless there is a change in the results getting even more accurate or some kind of improvement to the way things are auto-scheduled (which is also fine IMO), it doesn't seem necessary to buy the new one since I am happy with what it does already.

I know how I come off but I seriously was looking for insight to see if something was wrong. Personally I don't want the results to get too much more accurate because it would take away the big upsets.

Originally the problem was with the "one-punch, one-cut stoppages" caused too many upsets. The last update of the cut routine helped that. It could even be tweaked some more.

Chris and I both play the "open" mode and probably won't be heavily into the RPG version so I hope we can have enough pull to get some tweaks to it.

A couple of things I know I'm pushing for is fixing the "$100" bout purse bug and tracking the $$ for fighters and being able to be one of the judges in the fight.

What type of things do you want to see improved on the auto-scheduler?

Increase the number of bouts it can schedule (currently limited to 999).
