Flags

Can anyone help with a flag for Scotland and Wales that will fit in the game. I have tried for a month and can only get small flags that come up blank.

The flags need to be 30-by-20 .png files with 24-bit color depth. If they are in any other format, they come up blank. I'm doing a full flag overhaul, but I haven't gotten to Scotland and Wales yet. I'll make them my next priority and post them here.
