Stats dont match up

Was viewing one of my players stats from last yr and his obp says .371 then I checked his career stats and it says his obp for that yr is .369 so which one is it?
The AVG & SLG match up just the obp does not.

In the career stats things like hbp, etc are not kept but they do figure in OBP as well as SH. That is the small difference.
