Pitching Staff problems

I recently downloaded the patch to 4.1 and now the computer teams in my league all have 6 starters ( 5 regulars & 1 spot starter ) and only 4 other relievers ( 3 MRs & 1 CL ). Before I downloaded the patch the teams had anywhere b/t 5-7 relievers. Now the computers are wearing out their bullpens, how do I fix this?

Did the "era" settings change in the league setup? I have seen no change in any of my leagues.

I had no change in my two leagues either.
