FLB needs one

The FLB is soon to be entering its 18th season. This league started in OOTP3 - and is now all the way to OOTP 6.5.

This is an entirely fictional league - except for the GMs - who are all too real. There are no coaches/scouts - but full financials otherwise.

The available team is Los Angeles. It has a huge market - good cash flow - and very, very good players. However, it has just fallen short for the last few seasons. Maybe you can make the difference.
