Newbie Q. about pictures

Guys:

I've been out of town for two weeks and have the Cubby/Rolen roster ok.

But there are too many threads with pictures.

Pictures in the FM games are easy to deal with. Not so here imo.

Can someone please direct me to what is considered the best picture download to use with the Cubby/Rolen roster. I have read thread after thread about pictures and am now more confused than when I started.

Do I need to put the pictures in 2 places or 1? Etc.

There are some great Pic Packs out there. but for the Cubby/Rolen, the most complete is Ozzie's

then the best place to put them is in your saved game folder... in news>html>images
