Starting a League questions

I've run leagues before. I'm looking to use the OOTP 6.5 program.

1.) I need a website to upload everything to. Where's a good space to purchases webspace from? How much webspace do I need so I can upload it?

2.) I have no clue how to design websites. How do I set up the webspace I purchase to so I can upload all the league standings and such and how do I make the extra folder so people can export their rosters to it?

3.) I've seen people put links to their forums and to the league file. How do I do this?
