i think the easiest way is to upload a report instead of the srever way....upload all the files into a folder( ex: C:/LEAGUESITE) then get a ftp program(leechftp, ws_ftp, etc....) and upload them that way. It's faster an easier.

Lets say i use SmartFTP and upload the whole leaguesite, ie. C:\USBL. How do I get the website to show the index page? being that it would now be hidden within a folder.

Just send the game-made HTMLs to a local folder (c:/league). Then use one of the FTP programs (WS_FTP is easy) and upload the contents of the c:/league folder to your website.
