What is the purpose of the dump things?

Currently no way to re-import them...

Useful for pulling stats/data out of the game that is not currently available ingame.

I am currently using it for All-Time best streaks (hitting, winning etc) and some team stats.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the info. What program do you need to be able to read them? Most stuff I dl I can't read because the programs I have don't recognize the format.

Basically any spreadsheet or Database program...

There is a FAQ somewhere for looking at them in Access - I think it's Comedian's.
