The League has operated since OOTP 4, we are now using ver 6.5. 20 plus seasons simmed. History, great owners, etc. Using real players, 1-10 scale. The site is here - http://narbl.ootp-online.com/

The New York Yankees need an active owner, they have such stars as Mike Piazza, Mo Vaughn, John Smoltz and Dwight Gooden. The league just flipped to 1998, so you are in time for Free Agency and the Ammy Draft.
