Bug: Potential/Ratings display

In my league, I'm trying to use ratings = 1-20 and potentials = 1-10, but in the player history, when SISA scouting report updates are added, it displays both ratings and potentials on a 1-20 scale. For example:

Look at the Player History section. The last line:
"01-01-2006 SISA scouting updated ratings (potential): Stuff: 7 (7); Movement: 8 (8); Control: 10 (16)."

Notice Control potential = 16

Now look at the Talent listings under Pitching Ratings:
"Talent 4 4 8"

Obviously something not right here.

I logged this as TT # 2155, but I didn't make it a terribly high priority.

This has been claimed fixed in the next patch, but not verified.

Markus has claimed that this issue will be fixed in 1.0.3. However, we have not yet received a test version of 1.0.3 with which to verify.
