Good Enough for the HoF?

I'm going through a period where the biggest stars of my first fictional league are starting to retire. This guy was given an age of 30 when the league was created and he pitched until he was 40. Obviously, if he had been given an age in the early 20's, these numbers would be much greater.

He's 7th on the list for lifetime ERA (3.51), 3rd in Wins (189), 2nd in K's (3535), 4th in CG's (268), 2nd in SHO (34).

What do you think? Does he serve to be the first inductee??

Did his ratings drop after the 1st two seasons.

1901: 26-13, 2.12 ERA, 434 K's, 31 CG's
1902: 23-17, 3.03 ERA, 437K's, 33 CG's

After those 2 seasons he never reached anything close to those stats, and only had 1 other 20+ win season.
