Which version?

I downloaded version 5.0 in the months leading up to the new release. Found I really liked the game. Downloaded the demo for the new version and just found it overwhelming. Seemed as if much of the fun was going to be gone and it was going to be more work than anything. So my question is this...

Is 6.5 a happy medium?

6.5 is a quality game and an improvement over 5.

I agree. I've been running a major league/fictional players from 1901 onwards with very realistic stats and few problems.Have bought 2006 but still haven't done much with it.

OOTP 6.5 is the last real Out Of The Park Baseball for me. I'm not interested in SI products. The developers might be the same but the game is not.

6.5 is an excellent game. I haven't done much with '06 yet as I'm waiting for the bugs to be fixed.

I understand it'll be $29.95. At this point though, having tried the demo for the new version, I'd rather spend my money on 6.5 if I'm going to spend any. Is 6.5 enough a jump from 5.0?

I didn't buy until 6.0, but I recently downloaded 5.0 since it was free and I thought 6.5 was worlds better. I think it would be worth it.

confused

I'm confused. I have version 6 of the game. Is version 6.5 an update to version 6 or a brand new game?

6.5 is an update.

Many would say that it is a very impressive update and worth a purchase.

The update from 6 to 6.5 was $9.95 and was very much worth it.
