Rookie Bug

I have a starter that pitched 150 innings the year before? he started 25 games. Now he has started 23 games this year and he just won rookie of the month? Here is a screen of his stats

Not trying to be selfish by bumping this, but I've seen a few other people who have this same problem. Is this being worked on?
