Logos in SION Broadcast

I am wondering, why do the team logos appear partially cut-off on the top panel/box of the SION Broadcast? Not a big deal, but just wondering if this is by design, as I've noticed this in the game guide, you can see this on page 308 of the game guide. This just looks a little odd to me. Anyone else wondering about this?

I agree with this BKL it looks cheap and nasty like a shareware program coded in VB, hopefully the MLB logos wont be cut off
