OOTP 2006: My experience so far...

i ran my first season and my team predictions were to be approx a .500 ball club for 2006.

My team had 90+ wins and won the division and my hitter got AL MVP.

Now, in 2007 i was predicted to win it all, I started the season 1-18. right now i am 9-23. i will keep you updated.

just wanted to share with you guys!!

If your owner is expecting a second title, you may not make it past mid summer.

Reminds me of the real life Cubs...the last few years when the expectations have been on they've failed miserably (99, 2000, 2004 kinda as they didn't make the playoffs, 2005, currently 2006).

They do good when they don't have much expectations on them (98, 01, 03).

That's cool that the game is so unpredictable.
