Finally starting ... a couple ???

1> I like the idea of a salary cap so I'll be instituting one, I also notice that you have the option for revenue sharing, both tools, in my mind try to do the same thing, level the playing field. I think it is overkill to use both, but I am kicking around the idea of it, and if I do setting my cash limit high, and the salary cap at 100 Mil.

What are your thoughts on that level of salary cap and or the use of revenue sharing.

2> I am going to be managing and controlling a team in the standard MLB league, what are the benefits of running the other leagues in conjunction withat? Is it more possible players in the talent pool? And I know some MLB teams send players that need work to winter league teams, is that possible in this game?

3> What if I dont care what the foreigner player % is. Do I set it att 0 or 100?

4> Colors on the ratings. what do they mean?

5> how do i get someone up in the bullpen?

1) Salary caps and revenue sharing are for communists and losers.

2) More leagues running mean more possible top notch talent to raid. Unfortunately, they will be expensive and coveted by your competitors.

3) Winter leagues for improving your own talent is not implemented in OOTP 2006.

4) If you do not care about foreign players bump up the percentage.

5) color on ratings depend on what ratings

Thanks for the reply.

I noticed that if I only had a league in the US, I still could find players in other countries. Are the players there just not as developed if I don thave a league there?

I dont really like the revenue sharing option, but I think the salary cap is a good thing in the sports its in, so I will probably use it but set it pretty high

The color rating on something like Power, what does it mean if its a blue number.
