Team Export/Import Issue

Hello All,

I just took over a team that is part of an internet league. The website makes the league files available on a daily basis and allows import/export of each team via FTP.
The issue I'm having is that I'm not able to import my team either manually or through FTP. The message I receive is "Import Failed! Invalid or Old Export File!" When I try to refresh the profile by making changes to the roster/line-up and then export it, I get an "Export Failed". I even exported my team and had the commisioner try to import it manually, and he received the same "Import Failed! Invalid or Old Export File!" message. This makes certain it is not a connectivity issue....could the team file have become corrupted somehow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your games aren't on the same date in game. This can lead to that error (like the host machine being on June 2nd, while you are on June 3rd).

Either that or make sure that you are both running the same version of the game (6.12 or 6.5 etc...)

I know for a fact we're running on the same date because our league plays along with the scheduled day (we are currently on 5/29). Also, my commish posts the league files after every set of games, and I have grabbed those files every day hoping one of these days my import/export will work. No luck.
Also, everyone in the league is running 6.12. But that gives me an idea. I suppose it's a possibilty that the manager I took over from was using 6.5. I'll install 6.5 and give it a shot.
In the meantime, if anyone else has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, I have confirmed it's not a 6.12/6.5 issue. I received the same error in 6.5. Does anyone know how to completely refresh a teams profile? As I mentioned in my first post, I did make some changes and manually exported/had the commish manually import and also tried to upload via FTP with no success.
