Individual reliever "Use more v. LH or RH" slider

Someone may have brought this up before, but I'd like to see a slide bar for each individual pitcher on the Team Strategy page allowing you to tell the game to use him or v. lefties or more v. righties. There is currently a team rating, but obviously this is not how it works in real life.

For example, the Indians use Bob Wickman against both lefties and righties, but would almost never use Scott Sauerbeck against righties.

The addition of this feature would greatly enhance strategy in building a bullpen, and make guys with dramatic splits much more useful.
