Looking for a new league

My name is Jay. Ive been playing ootp leagues since ootp first came out and even before with bbpro and some others. Im in 3 leagues currently and i believe 1 of them may be folding. Im looking for another active league that is ran well. It doesnt matter even though i would like a historic league but if its present day league i dont want it to be more than 2yrs into it. I would like a league that has 1-5 or 1-10 ratings,talent, etc. Im very smart gm and very active. Love rebuilding especially in historic leagues as ive been known in my leagues to be a great rebuilder. I get along with gms very well and even help newer gms that comes to my other leagues.
