VRBA Heading into second Season

the VRBA is heading into its second season. We need to fill some holes of GMs who are not returning

Tigers
Royals
Athletics
Phillies
Braves
Brewers
Cubs
Reds
Diamondbacks

League is greatly ran, and has some great rules to it. I'm not sure what these guys who didn't return are thinking. People whom are in the league will tell you how much they love it!! Cashman definately the best Commish I've had.
