Portland and Detroit Open in the FFL
The FFL currently has 2 openings available.
Detroit Tigers 68-76, 3rd place, AL North The Tigers have a high payroll at the moment, but will shed close to 16 million this coming offseason. They have several up and comers, and while they rank in the bottom tier of the top systems report, they do have plenty of pitchers who will be makign their mark on the club in the next few years. 2047 could be a good year, if they can make the right moves and shed some salary. Portland Pioneers 58-86, 4th place, AL West Portland has three top 100 prospects, including the commish's "son" They have a lot of upcoming free agents, and the new owner will need to decide who to keep around, and who to let go. They could walk into the 2047 offseason with one of the lowest payrolls in the league. Interested parties may PM me with what team they are interested in, any past experiances in online leagues, along with an AIM address for expedited reply. Past experiance in online leagues will count, and the teams will be given to the best people that apply for the job. The FFL Site can be seen here, and our forum can be given the once over here.

The Tigers were claimed by their former owner, but I still have the Portland Pioneers available. The Pioneers managed to go 68-94 this year, and will have the #6 pick in 2047. The team is pretty decent, and could contend (it won't be easy, though) in the AL West with the right moves and some savvy free agency signings.
