What was your first OOTP?

My first OOTP was OOTP4. I then got OOTP5 and I will soon be getting OOTP2006. Which was your first?

EDIT: What I meant is actually...OOTP 7 = OOTP 2006

I'm sure this has been done before, but we'll do it again

6 was my first one. Actually, I think 6.5 was out already. Yes, I am a n00b.

I screwed the poll up...should have been 2006. Oh well, I think people will know what I meant.

Mine was OOTP6.1. I used to play APBA with my nephew, and we were going to undertake the long task of doing an entire league's season, all 2000 games or so, and we were going to do 15 or so games a day, and do it with the regluar season. We fell behind, and got out of date, and I decided that a computer simulation that does the same thing would work better. I tried several but OOTP was what I was looking for because it had great career play.

I used the draft utilities Markus wrote for Diamond Mind Baseball back before he ever wrote OOTP, so I was in before there was a first version.

If you're playing pre-1947 American baseball, then the All-American Mod (a namefiles/ethnicites/nation/cities file pack) is for you.

You were with Markus before OOTP, but I asked what your first OOTP version was . So it's obviously OOTP 1 for you .
