Draft Tool

Has anyone created a draft tool, similar to the old BOSI one that allowed GMs to set draft lists, and rank players? Would you be willing to let me use it for the WLB? We are a long time league (5 real years, 20 sim years), and no flash in the pan. We'd really appreciate it and acknowledge you great contribution to our league. Please let me know!

Unfortunately, I don't know of any other utility that does this.

Apparently FOBL does, but no one from their league has offered it up to the community at large.

Yeah, I think they also have a FA tool as well.
