Crash when all teams in group tie

Okay, here's one that I doubt anyone's spotted.
And I know the game is set to simulate a full regular season/playoffs, so most people probably haven't even tried this.

In testing for my IBS (a 4-team double round-robin tournament), in one test all four teams finished with a 3-3 record which caused the game to crash.

Now I know there's a workaround to stop it doing this, but as this could happen in a normal season (albeit unlikely), I wonder if this has ever been spotted.

This concerns me given my desire to recreate WBC fictionally.

I am going to have to try it for myself and see what happens.

Just to add, it happened in my BWC test of two groups of five, where all the teams in one group finished 2-2, so it doesn't seem to matter what structure the league is set up like.
