uhh....World Baseball Classic/World Cup screen? yeah...?

ok more realistically, a league creation screen or something along those lines...something that shows what options we have....Im fairly sure there's one out there thats similar to what Im saying, but I think there was more to it....or I could just be talking out of my ass since I dont have time to look at what I think Im talking about since I have to leave for class in 15 minutes.

Maybe something thats already customized?
