7-day lineups

Will this feature carry over to OOTPBB 2006?

If so, I have a request: Give buttons for both lineup options. Now, it defaults to autofill the lineup vs LHP if there's a LHP on the mound, and the same with RHP.

I'd like the option to choose which lineup I'd like to auto-fill. If I want my lineup vs. LHP to face a RHP in the 7-day lineup screen, then it would be nice to have a button to simplify that.

I love this feature. I use it all the time. I hope it is in the next version too. This is great for playoff time when you want to set specific linups for home and away games. Currently, it is my favorite feature.

It would be nice to be able to designate starting pitchers on a day-by-day basis, saving better SPs for better opponents. How much would that throw off the other teams lineups? I don't know.

I agree completely. It's a great way to sub in backups to rest starters or get those September call-ups into games from time to time.

My only problem with the 7-day lineup is that you can't customize the number of days. I'd like to be able to set 15-day lineups if I want for online leagues that have longer sim periods. Otherwise, very useful feature.

That's one thing I didn't think of, but I can see how it would be a nice feature for on- or off-line leagues. Good point.
