Just a few questions

1. What will the in-game screen look like? Will it be a 2d engine like WWSM or just play-by-play like OOTP 6.5?

2. Has anything been done with ballpark effects? I never really liked the AVG and HR settings, I would rather have just the fences and wall heights affect the park.

3. With historical leagues, what will be done about the minor leagues? The Lahman DB does not have minor league stats, and if you use fictional players, then a fictional player could rise to the top and you have a "historical/fictional league" not really a historical league.

4. How will spring training be handled? Will there be games, or not?

Yes, I believe he mentioned that in one of the blogs. Have you read the blogs? It would answer alot of your questions.
