Looking for an editing utility

I'm looking for an editing utility I can use to make universal changes. Or maybe just changes to one team at a time? Cosmetic changes mostly.

For example, if i wanted to take the entire Baltimore team and just add BAL to the beginning of their first name? is there an editor where i could input that information and it'd do it for me?

sounds like something you should be able to do with a .csv export from in the game, but I'm not an expert in this field.
