Scout Feature Question
I have been reading a few of the tester and member blogs focused on the new scouting system... Since scouts have ratings... as well as levels (e.g. Head Scout, Supporting Scouts)... what I could not find and answer to is whether the scout levels grant that scount some higher level of ability to more accurately assess players... For example,
Which scout would you go with in the following scenario: Head Scount - Hitting assess rating of 75 Supporting Scount - Hitting assess ragint of 80 The supporting scout has a lower hitting assess rating, but he is the head scout so does he have a higher probability of accurately assessing a hitter? |

It will probably matter in what you are paying them and how happy they are in their job, but it won't effect how well they scout players. |
