SbSL has 1 current League Opening but Might be 2 soon

The Open team is the Colorado Rockies, a younger team with some talent, Todd Helton, Morgan Ensberg, Jason Jennings, Brandon Webb, and a solid minor league system.

I did forget to mention we're at the halfway point of FA. So there's still time to mold your team !

Good league, unless you have views that difference from the commish. Its also the only league I have ever been involved in that used new math. Not familiar with new math, well its simple. The league votes against an idea 13 to 8 and the idea was still passed. But other then that, its a great league...

Cry enough to admin and you will get your way...... I said nothing about your character other than posting the dialogue started by your attacks on JF. You contribute nothing to this community and attack others. That is all that I said and posted the link. Nothing less detrimental to a league under the post by BACON21 was said, but I guess he doesn't cry to admin over a negative comment........

Wait until the other owners realize that ozzie goes 50M in the red and the following year only 5 M is counted against him as a financial loss. The 5M is the maximum OOTP will allow you to lose. Most leagues have this in their rules that you can't go into a negative cash amount by this amount. GM's wanting to win at all costs used to join leagues, destroy them financially and when the teams start to lose the players but can't draft FA because they had no cash they would jump the league, leaving a team in dire straits....

Ozzie will stay in the league but he will come up with some RULE that allows him to go broke yet keep cash to allow him to run his team in future years. I would start watching Merchandising Revenue and TV Contracts as well as his cash on hand. This is where commissioners who get in a bind start padding their finances.......

It will be time, but Ozzie will realize that he must do this to stay competitive and then when the owners realize this he will just tell them off and kick them out of his league.

If I were in the league I would start looking at the commissioners acquisitions and finances closer... just an opinion, not a slam...

Other than that the league sounds good.....

I was the original Seattle GM and the vote had to do with your rerates. Remember you tired to push rerates in before the league was full, the league voted for no rerates and then we all got the e-mail that said something to the affect that rerates would only be done on players who were grossly underrated (derrick lee, Matt Morris and your wonder boy Rick Ankiel). I left this league before I wasted too much time writing/building my team because I just saw no future for this league.

Just to point out, I never called you a cheat.

This thread and the one you link are not among your best of moments.
