I see the banner close to the footer on the website!

Hehe, I know what Catobase is, just wondered by having an "official" banner if it would be implemented in-game. I guess you can call that a rhetorical question.

If you're that curious, click the banner and find out!

It's not part of the game any more than CatoBase 6.1.4 is a part of OOTP6. It's just a grass-roots movement to try to get a community together to write an open-source CatoBase for OOTP:BM (with an eye on making it backwards-compatible, as well).
