Question about facegen photo pack

First off, I know this should be in a different form, but I figured I'd get a better response here, so I apologize for offending anyone.

I just downloaded the facegen photo pack. After unzipping it into my league's photo folder, I went into the game, enabled photos, and checked a player card to see if it worked. Unfortunately, the photo only shows up on the HTML player card, not on the in-game player card. Anyone have any suggestions?

they probably have to be converted into .BMP files. there are a bunch of free ones out there to do this. When you convert them they will show up.
