NABL has 3 Openings--heading into the 2008 Season

Attention to all General Managers who are looking for a league to joing.

The NABL, est in 2004, currently has three openings in our league. We have been around for 1 year and 9 months in real life time and this will be our fifth sim year. We currently use version 6.12 also.

These teams are available:

--Chicago White Sox--a very competive franchise who has had solid leadership the past few years. The previous GM had to leave due to time constraints.
--Seattle Mariners--a young team but the old gm has put some of the pieces together. A bit of a rebuilding job but with young talent it shouldnt be that hard to do.
--Philadelphia Phillies--a true rebuilding job here. The team hasnt had consistent leadership recently but with some attention to detail can certainly be a contender in a few years.

We just rolled over the 2007 season this afternoon and we will be having our first ever Winter Meeting on Wednesday Night. We currently run only two sims a week, wednesday and sunday, so its a very time friendly league.

I would like to fill these teams as soon as possible and hopefully by Wednesday night so you all can come to the Winter Meetings.

Chris,

Just sent you an email for the Phillies. I know this is a solid and active league as I was in it awhile ago, but unfortunately taking on a new job forced me to retire. I would highly recommend this league as I remember their are a group of solid owners and I know you put alot of time into it. I'll wait to hear from you. Thanks!

The Phillies and the Mariners have been taken.

The Chicago White Sox are still available.

Just a quick update on the openings of the league....

We still have an opening for the Chicago White Sox and the Boston Red Sox became available last night.

The Red Sox are coming off a division title in 2007 and they have a very strong team.

The White Sow like I posted above, is also a very solid frachise.

Both teams are just in need of a GM to lead them to the playoffs.
