Selecting All-Stars and Awards

Is there any way to select the all-star selection and awards yourself, instead of having the computer select in a fictional league?

I think making the selections myself would help me "get into" the league more.

I'm trying to remember the tools. Maybe pierres utilities or something?

Does it only do All-Stars or does it do awards also?
