Golden Era Settings

I changed the Golden Era settings for a fictional league, and these changes seem to have migrated across to my historical replay as well. Can anyone tell me what the default settings for this era are?

I'm assuming this is what you are talking about:

Bunting: Often
Hit and Run: Often
Pinch Hitting: Not often
Use relievers: Normal
Pitcher Endurance: good
Typical Rotation: 4 men
