aging effects in OOtP 6.5a

Has anyone found a good setting to use that allows realistic aging affects?
In the online League I have, guys seem to just fall apart as they get older, Bonds is a Prime example, going from a 4.5 star superstar to a one star barely hanging on player in under one season. I changed my settings in aging set up from negative 25 to negative 12 but i am not sure i completely understand the numbers there? So if somone could help me find a better fix. I woudl greatly appreciate it

no 100% sure..

I think that the further in the negative, the longer the players on average will be able to play. I think that is how it works.

the higher the negative number the longer the career lasts. I use -65 for my historical league and seems to work well.
