Loyalty in the game

I think loyalty and what guys are asking for is ridiculous. The game places way too much value on a guys loyalty, either that or the game is broken in that studs are asking for 6-10 mil dollars less a year then they would get in the FA market because they have the loyalty rating.

I think from now on, I will refuse to draft or trade for a player who is not loyal.

Mark Prior 7. something for 4 years, R. Halladay got the exact same amount. JD Martin complete stud with 10's across the board and he asks for 7.35 mil for 4 years.

Dontre Willis stud LH, wont sign for anything less than 13 mil a year.

Should there really be a 6 mil dollar difference in salary for a loyal rating over none at all? I would think saving 1-2 mil per year would be closer and lets be honest any stud is not going to take a discount to stay home because he is loyal, now lesser players who are loyal might do this, but not stud players.
