Draft order problem

I am having some problems editing our draft, we use 6.5 and I know the procedure to do it, did I miss something?

1)I moved the 6.5 lg file into the 6.0 league files
2) I use pierres tools to change the draft and save it
3)I double check by looking in the 6.0 version and all is good.
4) I then drag the 6.0 lg file back into 6.5 league files
5)Open 6.5 lg and it still is the old order, what did I miss?

i was messing around with this i ended up doing the draft in 6.12 then moving the league back to 6.5 after it was finished. Its not as simple as just editing the draft order for me because Its not only the first round changing, I have picks moving around in all 5 rounds of my draft.
