La Liga Mexicana needs good owners

La Liga Mexicana is (fictional) Mexican League which currently uses 6.12, and intends to change to 6.5a after either 2014 or 2015 (depending on my confidence in 6.5a by the July 4th weekend).

We started in 2005, and have now simmed through the end of 2014 (post-season starting tomorrow). We have 20 teams (expanded from 16 in 2013) in 4 divisions.

Other settings (including but not limited to):
* 3 sims a week, 8 or 7 days a sim
* No salary cap, $50M cash cap
* DH used in both leagues
* No Rule 5 draft
* 1-100+ ratings used across the board
* 10 round June 1st draft, handled over 5 days.
* Waivers in use
* Franchise Player tags
* Foreign Leagues to scout and purchase players from.
* Media Blitz/Owner Participation system

Campeche Piratas

San Luis Tuneros

Tabasco Olmecas

Veracruz Rojos del Aguila

Reynosa Broncos have become available. They're a competitive team in a competitive division (at one point in August of last season, 3 of the 5 teams were tied for 1st, and the other two within 1 game of the leaders).

We've converted to 6.5, and are in the middle of our Free Agency signing period. Plus, as a new owner, you'd be able to make a bid on a Foreign League player, prior to Spring Training.

Also, we're allowing all owners to create-a-prospect (prior to Opening Day).
