#1 is excellent...very creative...really has a "typhoon with a Japanese flavor"...fine colors and fonts...fine color contrast...great touch to have the baseball as the center of the storm.

#2 is well done...just doesn't sparkle like #1 does.

Thanks to both designers for taking their time and talent and sharing it with us.

I hope they will put entries in for Buffalo Blizzards and New Orleans Hurricanes...they will be the last two logos to be designed.
