Created A Fictional Player

The FIBB online league uses the OOTP Create a Fictional Player function to add "Local Heroes" to our worldwide teams as part of the Amateur Draft. I edit these Heroes talent ratings, but leave the age alone. Anyway, in OOTP6 patch 1 these created fictional youngsters are showing up with Years of Service despite the fact they are brand new and in single-A.

Look here . I have to think this was just something overlooked as created minor-league rookies should not have any service time.

I noticed that too. Doesn't seem right. In fact, the newly created youngsters are already Rule V eligible!

Yes, these incorrect service times are going to cause havoc with our first Rule V draft.

Same here. I don't play online; I'm a solo player. But sometimes (because I'm a nerd, I suppose) I like to create new youngsters named after my kids or friends or whatever.

Now I gotta squeeze 'em on to the 40-man if they're talented. Ugh.

OTOH, since they only have to be on the 40-man during rule 5 time (that ought to be fixed too), maybe I can swap around and be clever.
