Two questions regarding historical (Finances and Park Factors)

I recently started a historical save in 1961 with free agency. I have turned the auto-import of finances on but I'm curious as to the game date on which these settings are imported and whether they affect the league minimum salary? I also seem to notice that the auto-import overrides any custom market sizes set by the player, am I correct in assuming this?

Secondly, I am wondering how the total park factor is calculated, the Angels have a very homer-heavy ballpark in 1961 with the following factors:

AVG L AVG R PF AVG
1.004 1.032 1.023

PF DOU PF TRI
1.049 .904

HR L HR R PF HR
1.327 1.500 1.439

Yet these numbers only generate a total PF of 1.026, how is this number calculated?

I'm still on OOTP25, I'm not sure if any of this would be different on versions 26 or 27.
