Draft bug similar to previous IFA bug

In one recent version of OOTP, the top 100 prospect list became overrun by recently signed 16 year old IFA's. This was fixed with a patch.

I am now seeing the same issue coming out of every draft. These are examples from my latest draft, but I see this most every draft. Is there a way to dial this back in the way it was dialed back with IFAs?

2nd round pick immediately became 11th prospect in baseball
5th round RP (two pitches, not an SP) became the 91st ranked prospect
6th round catcher was ranked in the top 80.

Anyways, I could provide more examples but hoping this can get fixed because I find the top 100 lists to be kinda useless at the moment.

Try the latest public beta patch, as we've toned down the draft potentials a bit.
