2024 & 2025 Seasons

Hello,

I have purchased all the seasons as well as OOTP Go for the last handful of years. When I went to export and import my seasons on my iPad, the game says that 2024 and 2025 haven't been purchased. It was my understanding that those came with the app when you bought it.

Is there a way to get these seasons unlocked?

Yeah they should be coming with the app and imported into the new game when you do an export. Someone else mentioned they weren't getting the 2025 season when importing from Go26, but I'm really struggling today to reproduce the problem (it always imports the 2025 season for me). Could I ask which of the seasons/bundles you have purchased? Maybe there's some bundle that's overriding the season?

Are you able to walk me through what steps you do to transfer the seasons?

I started in OOTP Go 26. I clicked on "Export Seasons" in the purchase seasons tab. I followed the instructions.

I opened OOTP Go 27. I clicked on Restore IAPs, and then Load Seasons.

I have attached screenshots from my iPad.

If you go to the bundles purchase page, the ones you own should be labeled as "purchased"

Ok so it seems that the problem is likely related to the export, not the import in the new game. Could you dm me with the email you used so I can check on the server the data that is being sent/received? Thanks!
