Manually Editing Stats in Database

Is there a way to edit the csv database exports and reimport them? I know there is a way to import league stats from txt files, but those import/exports are very lacking in detail since they don't include the advanced/expanded stats and just clear them out.

It really bugs me that leaguewide totals for stuff like UBR, framing, arm, etc don't zero out properly and I was considering just manually adjusting the totals and manually recalculating WAR (possibly tinkering with the formula to better match my tastes).

I have everything I need to calculate the new values, but I don't know if there is a way to get them back into the game. Is this possible, or will I just need to track it manually, separately?
