Is there a reason why fielding statistics are aggregated over all played positions in statistics, card collection view? Clearly the data is available in game because I have a positional report open and players individual fielding statistics view shows explicitly what happened during season.
Finding weaknesses in defense would so much easier if that data is not aggregated. |

If you use one of the position filters in the card collection stats view, then it will only show their stats at that position. So if you set the position to Catcher, you will only see players' stats as a catcher.

cant you just show the details for each played position instead of filtering and/or aggregating. Its just not natural to look at that data in that manner, getting a ZR over Catcher, Right Field, Second Base performance. That number means literally nothing, even when numbers can be aggregated it does not mean that they should be. There is already too many clicks involved in navigating statistics, its quite common to forget under which menu option some feature is. Or create a view where detailed fielding by each position can be viewed in a single output? In Base game CSV export retains positional fielding statistics and it is really useful. |
