Perfect Draft Lineups Not Being Saved

I've entered a few Perfect Drafts using the OOTP app, and then have the bench coach create the rotation and all depth charts. However, when I then use the PC to double check the roster, it's as if nothing was saved on the app. This has happened a bunch of times already, including the two I entered last night for this morning.

This continues to happen and is very frustrating.

OOTP Go on an iPad, OOTP game on Windows.
